One product of modern life is anxiety. There are those who suffer from anxiety disorder. They suffer from constant worry, stress and unrealistic fears.
The fact is: anxieties will never go away completely. The challenge is managing those feelings.
To keep calm: Exercise; Think of positive thoughts; Surround yourself with happy people; Get involve in you community; Read Scriptures; Pray! 😊
