Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. (RAFI) hosted the 2022 Leadership and Action for Development (LEAD) Summit on December 1-3, 2022 at the Mandarin Plaza Hotel, Cebu City. The summit brought together educational leaders and advocates both from private and public organizations. Fr. Rooney John G. Undar, SDB, FIS Youth Ministry Delegate, represented Don Bosco FIS in the said gathering.
The summit with the theme: Tadlas: From Learning Recovery to Resiliency was centered on interventions to close education gaps brought about by the pandemic. Various activities unfolded during the three-day summit which includes: Plenary Knowledge Learning Sessions, Small Group Change Conversations, Engagement Activities, Community Action Resolution Presentation, Awards and Recognitions of Learning Communities, Educational Expo, and Networking Event.
In the end, regardless of the participants’ background and identity; everyone is tirelessly working to bridge the learning gaps for the past two years.
