The Practical Trainees (PTs), of Philippines South Province, namely Cl. Noel Clement (3rd Year), Cl. Vanjo Gila (2nd Year), Cl. Arjay Montecillo (2nd Year), Br. Perry Cervera (2nd Year), and Cl. Keith Bernales (1st Year), joined the formation of Practical Trainees/updating seminar organized by the Commission on Formation. A night earlier, all the PTs arrived at Don Bosco Formation Center (DBFC), Lawaan. After the Mass and breakfast at DBFC, they left for Mountain View Resort with Fr. Adrian Mendoza, SDB, who oversees the formation. After settling in, they had their first sharing of ‘How are you?’ Later, they were given the formation plan for the practical trainees, followed by fellowship in the evening.
On the next day, they evaluated and presented some suggestions for the Practical Trainees Formation Plan. After having lunch outside, they received a presentation on the Enneagram by Fr. Adrian. Towards the end of the sharing, they were given a book to read in the coming days in their respective Salesian houses to learn more about their personality type. This was appreciated by the PTs as it will help them build their community life.
On the last day, the group visited some places in Cebu and enjoyed each other’s company. They had lunch and dinner and then concluded the seminar.
