On April 25, 2024, the Don Bosco Provincial House (DBPH) community together with the novices, benefactors, and other guests gathered to celebrate Fr. Fidel Orendain’s birthday. The celebration began with a Holy Mass, where Fr. Orendain shared his three birthday wishes during his homily. He emphasized the importance of fostering strong relationships among Salesians, encouraging more Salesian vocations, and utilizing these relationships to further the Salesian mission and inspire future vocations.

A short program followed the Mass where special segments dedicated to Fr. Orendain were featured like exploring his “superpowers”, choosing a deserted island essential, and posing questions to significant people in his life in “Mukha Nila, Tanong Mo” portion. Moreover, laughter filled the air as Fr. Satura led a playful game of Family Feud.

The celebration brought together the DBPH Salesians, staff, novices, and the DBPH benefactors in appreciation for Fr. Fidel’s leadership and dedication.
