Cebu, Philippines,  27 October 2025 – Over 300 ADMA members and aspirants from different ADMA Chapters in the Philippines, with a significant number of children and youth, gathered together for a day of faith, fellowship, and celebration during the 43rd ADMA Philippines National Convention held on October 25, 2025 in St. John Bosco Parish, Tondo, Manila City, hosted by St. Mary Mazzarello Chapter in Manila. The six FIS ADMA delegation was represented by the Don Bosco Formation Center-Lawaan Chapter, St. Augustine Parish-Olango Chapter, St. John Bosco-Dumaguete City Chapter, and the Office of the FIS Salesian Family. Some FMA and SDB ADMA Spiritual Animators were also present to support the annual gathering of the ADMA family.

This year’s theme “ADMA, Kasama si Maria sa Paglalakbay Tungo sa Kapayapaan at Pagkakaisa” (ADMA, Together with Mary Towards Peace and Unity) guided the whole day’s spiritual journey of the participants. In her vibrant, and inspiring talk, Sr. Cynthia Calabig, FMA, invited them to reflect on Mary’s life and capture her virtues in the journey towards peace and unity, allowed them to deepen their Salesian Missionary Spirituality as an ADMA member, and challenged them to respond to the call of becoming instruments and co-creators of a peaceful and united world for everyone, starting from their homes, communities, and work place. The talk was followed by a small group sharing to enrich their formation through exchanged ideas, stories, and experiences. The convention featured a separate session and interactive activities dedicated for the children and youth tailor-fit to their formation needs and level of understanding and participation. The event commenced with the celebration of Eucharistic celebration and culminated with the recitation of the holy rosary and offering of the individual commitments of ADMA members and aspirants.

“With heartfelt gratitude, Ms. Shiella Pie Pueblas, ADMA aspirant from St. Augustine Parish Olango Chapter, shared her first-time experience at the convention: “The people were incredibly approachable and welcoming. The engaging presentations by various ADMA chapters and exciting raffles made the event truly enjoyable.” Mr. Jose Zuniega, ADMA member from DBFC-Lawaan Chapter, echoed her sentiments, saying, “It was a truly beautiful experience.” He added, “As ADMA members, we’re reminded to be bearers of peace, love, and unity – not just within our community, but also to the Church and society at large.”
