Cebu, Philippines, 15 September 2025 – On Monday, September 8, 2025, the Feast of the Nativity of Our Lady, the Association of Mary Help of Christians (ADMA) in the FIS Province joyfully welcomed 15 new members from the Provincial House Chapter and DBFC-Lawaan Chapter.
The acceptance and pledge of the new ADMA FIS members took place at the Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, Punta Princesa, Cebu City, during a Holy Mass presided over by Fr. Randolf Figuracion, SDB, FIS Provincial Vicar, and concelebrated by Fr. Godofredo T. Atienza, SDB, FIS ADMA Spiritual Animator.
After a long period of formation, the new members finally pledged and committed themselves to the Association, embracing its mission of promoting devotion to Mary Help of Christians and the veneration of Jesus Christ in the Blessed Sacrament, inspired by the Word of God and the spirituality of St. John Bosco.
Their “yes” is more than just membership—it is a life-offering to God through Mary and a pledge to live the spirit of Don Bosco with fidelity and love. Just as Mary was chosen to be the vessel of God’s saving love, the new FIS ADMA members are likewise chosen and challenged to be bearers of hope and guardians of faith. With Mary’s guiding hand, may they inspire others to live with greater zeal, courage, and love for God.
Members of ADMA from various chapters, together with other members of the Salesian Family, expressed their solidarity and support for the newly pledged members during the acceptance rite. Since its establishment, ADMA FIS has grown into a vibrant family of more than 400 active members, carrying forward the Salesian missionary spirit by promoting devotion to the Blessed Mother among working-class and ordinary people, beginning within their homes and communities.
