TGIF Formation Equips Youth in Graphic Design

26 June 2026 – Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes – The youth of this parish held their monthly formation program, Thank God It’s Friday (TGIF), tonight. A total of 170 young people gathered at the Youth Center Gym for a talk on “Basic Composition for Visual Arts.” The session was given by Miss Patlyn Pañares, an alumna of the Youth Rondalla and a professional visual and graphic artist.
The formation talk centered on the principles of visual design and aimed to educate and train young people in graphic design. As the Youth Center is a hub for youth activities and visual communication, the principles discussed will help participants create more beautiful and compelling designs while also deepening their appreciation and understanding of visual language.
